1) Availability & Handling Time
- We stock products for immediate dispatch.
- Handling time: typically 0–1 business day (Mon–Fri, UK public holidays excluded).
- Cut-off: Orders placed before our warehouse cut-off may ship same day; otherwise next business day.
- Pre-orders/backorders: If an item is not in stock or is a pre-order, we’ll display an estimated dispatch window and keep you updated.
2) Carriers & Service Levels
- United Kingdom: shipments are handled by DPD (standard and express options where available).
- International (outside the UK): shipments are handled by DHL (primarily DHL Express).
- Certain products (e.g., with lithium batteries) may require specific services or routes in line with carrier/IATA rules.
3) Estimated Transit Times (business days)
- United Kingdom: 1–2 (DPD).
- Europe (most destinations): 2–4 (DHL).
- North America: 2–5 (DHL).
- Middle East: 3–6 (DHL).
- APAC: 3–7 (DHL).
- Africa / Latin America: 4–8 (DHL).
Estimates exclude customs clearance and remote-area lead times. Weather, peak seasons and security checks can extend transit.
4) Tracking, Signature & Delivery
- You’ll receive a tracking link when your parcel ships.
- A signature may be required on delivery (especially for high-value items).
- We cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes, military or restricted sites—please provide a full physical address.
- If you request delivery to a “safe place” or neighbor, you assume responsibility once the carrier records delivery accordingly.
5) Shipping Costs & Surcharges
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, service level and any carrier surcharges.
- Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) and oversize/overweight fees (if any) are shown at checkout when applicable.
- Promotional free shipping (if offered) will be clearly indicated in your cart; exclusions may apply (large/fragile goods, remote areas).
6) Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- We may be unable to change addresses after dispatch. If a change/redirection is possible, carrier fees may apply and transit may be extended.
7) Delivery Attempts, Undeliverable & Refused Parcels
- Carriers may attempt delivery and/or hold at a pickup point.
- Undeliverable, refused, or uncollected parcels may be returned to us. We can reship (additional postage applies) or refund minus outbound postage, return costs, customs charges and a reasonable handling fee, where permitted by law.
8) Loss, Damage & What to Do on Arrival
- Inspect on delivery. If the outer carton is damaged or tampered, ask the driver to note it.
- Damage/shortage: Email info@zentriq.co.uk within 48 hours with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, label, and the item.
- Potential loss in transit: If tracking shows no movement or a misroute, contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
9) Split Shipments
We may split your order into multiple parcels at no extra cost to you to expedite available items. You will receive separate tracking where applicable.
10) International Shipments, Customs & Duties
- Unless we clearly state DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at checkout, international shipments are sent DAP/DDU: local import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility.
- Customs may request additional KYC documents or contact you for payment of import charges.
- To avoid delays on returns, clearly mark parcels as “Returned Goods” with the original order number.
- Certain destinations have restrictions on electronic devices, radio modules, batteries or encryption—ensure the product is permissible in your country.
11) Lithium Batteries & Dangerous Goods
- Many electronics contain lithium cells. We comply with IATA/ICAO and carrier rules; certain services or destinations may be unavailable or require special packing.
- We may separate batteries, adjust the route/service, or cancel and refund if compliant shipping is not possible.
12) Risk of Loss & Title
- Title passes when payment is received in full.
- Risk passes on delivery to the address you provided (or as recorded by the carrier, including safe-place instructions).
13) Peak Periods & Force Majeure
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday/holiday periods) or events beyond our control (weather, strikes, customs backlogs), processing and transit may take longer. We’ll do our best to keep you informed.
