Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you see your order history, save delivery details and track future orders more easily.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please first check your spam or junk folder. If there’s still nothing after 10–15 minutes, contact our support team with your full name and the time you placed the order so we can confirm it for you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are only possible for a short time. If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know if it’s still possible.
